2013 Christmas Cookie Exchange Party Cookie Voting Card Template

I was having my first Christmas Cookie Exchange in 2011 that involved prizes and as I was searching around the internet for cool templates to for the cookie exchange that were free and I didn’t come across any, so I thought I’d share mine! Since 2011, it’s become an annual event. In 2012 my husband came up with the idea to do a cookie & cocktail exchange so that the ‘guys’ could be included and it turned out great! One drink presentation even evolved flames (luckily our house survived lol)!

The general ‘rules & guidelines’ are …Everyone who is participating is asked to let us know ahead of time if they will be participating in the cookie exchange & or the cocktail exchange. For the cookie exchange the participant is asked to bring 4 cookies per participant in individual wrapped packages and then a plate of display/sampling cookies that will be part of the ‘voting’ (example: if 12 people are participating in the cookie exchange, you’d bring a total of 48 cookies, wrapped 4 each in 12 packages. In 2011 we had everyone bringing a dozen cookies per person to exchange and it was just WAY too many.) For the drink exchange, the participant is asked to bring a display cocktail, and then the cocktail made in a pitcher or some type of container and then we have lots of little throw away shot glasses for people to sample.

Did I mention there were prizes? Each year there are fun little prizes in each category, the categories usually are Best Tasting, Best Looking, and Best Christmas Themed. All the party participants are asked to vote, and then the winners get a little bag of goodies.
